Empathise with users to gain insightful perspectives into their needs and pain points. This step helps in deriving a problem statement.

Create prototypes to visualise potential solutions and evaluate how these designs will impact user behaviour and enhance the overall user experience through iterations.

Deliver
Testing these prototypes with users allows me to gather valuable feedback and refine the final designs further. It's also important to use UX metrics to measure project success.
