This case study delves into my solo UX redesign journey, i will show how research-driven insights and iterative design efforts led to project approval from key decision-makers within the organisation.

Bridging the Gap for Effective Collaboration

I successfully implemented a design system using Adobe XD, that seamlessly integrated with existing systems, maintained the Yodel branding while enhancing accessibility through the use of darker colours. Designing the system earlier not only laid a solid foundation for future designs but also helped developers, business analysts, as well as testers and fellow designers.
