Simplifying Invoices
Today, our SDP/Courier colleagues are using a monthly invoice to gain visibility of what each of their drivers are to be paid each month. The feedback states the current PDF makes it hard for users to understand the data.There are multiple reports that drivers will often seek clarification from SVCs, who then need to extract data from various systems to address these queries.
